If you wish to cancel your order for any product purchased from Inichepro IT Solutions, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may not be possible.
We strive to provide the best services to our clients. If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Inichepro IT Solutions, please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a defective or damaged product from Inichepro IT Solutions, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and provide a refund or replacement, depending on the nature of the problem.
Any fees charged for consultation services are non-refundable.
Customized Solutions:If Inichepro IT Solutions develops customized software or solutions based on your specific requirements, refunds may not be possible once the development process has commenced.
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
